Windows Desktop (Outlook): Clicking a link should prompt you to choose an application - Choose Outlook. If you already have Outlook set to the default application for .ics files, the popup should have an "Open Outlook" button. The new calendar subscription will automatically populate in Outlook.
Note: If you receive a warning popup "Sorry, something went wrong. You may want to try again." Check your Outlook calendars, the calendar subscription was likely still created successfully.
MacOS Desktop: Clicking a link will prompt you to Subscribe to a calendar. Follow the prompts to add the subscription.
iPhone/iPad: Clicking a link will prompt you to Subscribe to a calendar. Follow the prompts to add the subscription.
Android: Automatic subscription via "webcal" links is generally not supported. You will need to right click the link to the calendar you want to subscribe to, copy, and paste the link in your calendar app. You may need to replace 'webcal://' with 'https://' Please refer to documentation specific to your phone manufacturer, operating system, or calendar app for specific instructions on how to add a calendar subscription.
Web Applications (Confluence, Google Calendars, etc.): You will need to right click the link to the calendar you want to subscribe to, copy, and paste the link in your calendar app. You may need to replace 'webcal://' with 'https://'. Please refer to your calendar apps knowledge base for specific instruction on how to add a calendar subscription.
